Dominica 4G coverage on FLOW

FLOW, formerly Cable & Wireless, is the only network a Dominica visitor eSIM lands on, and HelloRoam sells on it: FLOW runs 4G LTE along the west coast from Roseau to Portsmouth and at every major eco-resort cluster. Digicel operates a competing network but has no consistent eSIM provisioning for international visitors. FLOW's mountain coverage reaches the hiking access points at Laudat village for the Boiling Lake and Freshwater Lake treks.

Past Laudat the trail runs 7 to 8 hours with no signal at all.

FLOW 4G covers Roseau's bayfront market, the Botanical Gardens, and the Fort Young Hotel waterfront district. Portsmouth in the north has 4G at the Indian River boat launch and Portsmouth Beach. The Carib Territory (Kalinago Barana Auté) near Salybia has 3G.

Laudat village, the start of the Boiling Lake trail, has 3G signal. The Boiling Lake itself and the Valley of Desolation are outside coverage. Champagne Reef dive site near Soufrière has 4G at the entry beach.
