eSIMRated is an independent review site focused on eSIM providers. This page explains how we fund our work, our relationships with eSIM providers, and the editorial standards we follow.
How we fund our work
Affiliate disclosure: eSIMRated is an independent review publication. Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no cost to you. Editorial selections are based on testing and are never influenced by commercial relationships.
All providers are reviewed using the same methodology and criteria. No provider receives preferential scoring, badge treatment, or ranking advantage. Our editorial team operates independently of any affiliate relationships.
Affiliate links and compensation
Some links on this site are compensated. When you click an affiliate link to an eSIM provider and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Compensated links are marked with rel="sponsored" in the page source, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Affiliate relationships exist with HelloRoam, Airalo, Holafly, Saily, Nomad, and other providers listed on this site. No provider pays for placement, ratings, or editorial badges.
Editorial independence
Our editorial team applies the same scoring standards to every provider. No provider can:
- Pay for a higher rating or an “Editor’s Choice” badge
- Preview or approve reviews before publication
- Request removal of negative findings
- Influence our ranking methodology or weighting criteria
Every provider review includes genuine negatives. If a provider has a flaw, we report it regardless of any affiliate relationship.
Review process
All provider reviews undergo the same evaluation protocol regardless of business relationships:
Content standards
- All pricing data is verified against official provider sources
- We clearly distinguish between verified data and provider-reported information
- We do not fabricate speed test results, user reviews, or testimonials
- Corrections are published promptly with updated timestamps
- Pages display “Prices verified” and “Last updated” dates
Corrections and updates
If you find inaccurate information on eSIMRated, contact us at corrections@esimrated.com. We investigate all reports and publish corrections within 48 hours when warranted. Updated content is marked with a revised date.
